These meditation practices are perfect for bo

th the beginner and seasoned meditators and include mindfulness, yoga nidra and ayurvedic modalities. Alisa incorporates her 20 year experience as a yoga and meditation teacher to help cultivate connection to one's physical body while allowing a deeper self connection with others. You will gain insights and awareness to subtle energies surrounding you, your loved ones, and your larger community.

At this very moment you have people in your life praying for a miracle, looking for support, grieving a loss, wrestling with their demons; most likely suffering in silence.

When we slow down and listen, we can hear the clues of the pain in those around us.

That alone is worth slowing down for.

Sending waves of peace to all in my life, regardless of the degrees of separation.

May all sentient beings be free from suffering.
