Dealing with injuries and hurdles as a competitive teen dancer and long distance runner has given her the strength, compassion and experience needed to help push clients further. Top 100 Tier III Trainer at Equinox, private trainer in the Southbay, CPT, National Academy of Sports Medicine and Pre/Post Natal Certified. On Sundays you can find her running in the deep sand, paddle boarding in the waves or on a beach cruiser enjoying the sights.

Jump 4 joy!
Let’s be real- Our body post-natal is a whole new operating system💗Jumping exercises used to feel fun & athletic — now the entire core and pelvic floor can feel compromised & unstable (to say the least😉)
BUT focusing in on these areas with clients over the last 15 years, using grounding & strengthening floor work, then transitioning to light agility movements like these low box squat jumps, have helped transform clients post babe bods, while improving bone density AND best of all mood support & confidence💗
So ease in & RECLAIM THE BOUNCE!

A dedication of LUV💋❤️
No music, fancy equipment, filters or fluff. Reconnecting with our body, breathing into the movement & loving every inch for all it is…& all it does😘
Most days now don’t end or even start with a lengthy gym workout, long run or honestly any me time at all🤣
But what my sched of little sleep & long hrs does absolutely demand is tiny timeouts for gentle movement & loving care. Carving out even 30 seconds between ‘all the things’ is essential for body, mind & soul-truly would implode without these small resets😉❤️
So during this beautiful month of love, this is a dedication to all the hard working, badass humans who love unconditionally, give endlessly & spread joy daily despite fatigue, challenges & never ending doing!
