Healthy Lives After Cancer: Young Adult Survivorship Program

Healthy Lives After Cancer: Young Adult Survivorship Program A resource for Teens & Young Adults to have easy access to info about cancer survivorship seminars, social events, support groups, health issues, etc.

Teen and young adult cancer survivors (aged 15-39) face unique emotional, physical, and social issues after treatment ends and many years later. We understand that it may be difficult to get back to the “new normal” or you may feel different from friends your age. Our program exists to provide teen and young adult survivors with information and resources to live healthy after cancer. We are here t

o act as a resource for Teens and Young Adults (TYA) by disseminating information related to cancer survivorship seminars, events, support groups, and research opportunities. Our goal is to share information and resources to empower TYA survivors.
