When Alyssa Servidio and I set out to start Faces Of Epilepsy, our goal was simple...to help bridge the gap between caregivers and those living with epilepsy.๐Ÿ’œ

After losing my son, Judah, to SUDEP, I found myself searching for answers. The hardest part was realizing that I didn't even know what SUDEP was. I knew there had to be more education, more awareness, and more support for families facing epilepsy.๐Ÿ’œ

When Nikki Anderson found out I was on a mission she introduced me to Alyssa Servidio, and the rest is history. Late nights putting the brand together, websites, posting in hundreds of groups, press releases to educate, traveling across the nation to meet ups, hundreds of hours over an 8 month period just to get someone to say - This is an important mission.๐Ÿ’œ

Alyssa took an incredible step in her own journey by openly sharing her daily struggles, victories, and life with epilepsy on TikTok and Instagram at Faces Of Epilepsy. Together, we continued spreading love, education, hope, and awareness.

Today, because of all of you, Faces Of Epilepsy has become something much bigger than either of us ever imagined.

Whether you are a warrior sharing positivity in the group, a caregiver offering support, a parent seeking answers, a podcast host inspiring others, or an advocate helping educate the world, you matter.

Thank you for your heartfelt contributions to this community. Thank you for sharing your stories, your experiences, your courage, and your hope.

Together, we have built a safe place where no one has to feel alone.

Tonight, as we celebrate 3,000 Faces of Epilepsy, we celebrate every single one of you.

With love and gratitude,

Lisa Griggs & Alyssa Servidio ๐Ÿ’œ

๐ŸŽง The *Feed Podcast* and Faces of Epilepsy were created for one reasonโ€ฆ because too many voices were going unheard.

Behind every diagnosis is a story. Behind every seizure is a life that deserves to be understood. And for far too long, people living with epilepsy and families impacted by it, have felt invisible, isolated, and unheard.

Weโ€™re working to change that.

๐Ÿ’œ The Feed Podcast is a place where real stories are shared, honestly, openly, and without judgment.
๐Ÿ’œ Faces of Epilepsy exists to make sure no one feels alone in this journey.

And now, we are taking this mission even further.

๐Ÿ“– We are urgently looking for individuals and families to share their epilepsy journey for our upcoming book, *Surviving SUDEP*.

Because this is more than a bookโ€ฆ itโ€™s about saving lives.

Too many people are unaware of the risks. Too many families have suffered unimaginable loss without warning. Your story could be the one that helps someone understand, prepare, or feel seen for the very first time.

๐Ÿ’œ If you are living with epilepsyโ€ฆ
๐Ÿ’œ Caring for someone who isโ€ฆ
๐Ÿ’œ Or have lost a loved one to SUDEPโ€ฆ

We need you. Your voice matters.
