When I first started my PMU journey, I told myself I would never be a powder brows artist because I wanted to provide a “natural aesthetic”. I strongly advise drinking caffeine or alcohol 24 hours before your appointment. Coffee is a mild blood thinner so it can cause bleeding during the procedure which can lead to poor retention and patchy healing. It can also heighten sensitivity during the procedure.
