the time is here to release people, things, situations, thoughtpatterns and emotions that are no longer serving you

the world is going through a big transformational shift

take time to sit in silence
write down your emotions
take an Epsom salt bath and light some candles
create the space to feel your emotions
allow yourself to grieve the release but most of all be good to yourself ❤️

Let the new moon remind you that sometimes you need to sit in darkness so you can see the light

so you can release & give birth to new possibilities, new feelings & create a different outlook on yourself and the world

When it comes to healing, we come in with expectations, sometimes forgetting that our healing process is not linear but cyclical, releasing those expectations as best as we can and surrendering to our very own process can release us from the burden of achieving something specific, it can open our hearts to truly recieve & trust the process of becoming our very true self on this journey and allowing ourselves to deeply trust again 💚
