đ Member of the Month: Samantha Sanchez đ
Like many parents, Sam put herself on the back burner while raising her family.
Fitness had always been part of her life, but after having kids, it became harder to make time for herself. She joined CrossFit not just to get back in shape, but to also show her children what taking care of yourself looks like.
Since then sheâs found an hour each day thatâs just for her and has used that time to get in the best shape sheâs ever been in. More than anything, sheâs proven to herself that sheâs capable of more than she once believed.
She knows progress doesnât happen overnight, but she keeps showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.
Her advice?
