🌟 Member of the Month: Samantha Sanchez 🌟

Like many parents, Sam put herself on the back burner while raising her family.

Fitness had always been part of her life, but after having kids, it became harder to make time for herself. She joined CrossFit not just to get back in shape, but to also show her children what taking care of yourself looks like.

Since then she’s found an hour each day that’s just for her and has used that time to get in the best shape she’s ever been in. More than anything, she’s proven to herself that she’s capable of more than she once believed.

She knows progress doesn’t happen overnight, but she keeps showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

Her advice?
💙 “Just do it. No one is judging you. The CrossFit community is so welcoming and is for all levels of fitness.” 💙

This is what taking back control of your health and life looks like.

At 60 years old, Becky completed her first rope climb.

Not because she found a magic supplement, a detox tea, or the latest fitness gimmick. She did it by consistently showing up, learning new skills, and building real strength through coaching and community.

CrossFit is rooted in fundamental human movements—pushing, pulling, squatting, carrying, climbing, and moving your body the way it was designed to move. With expert coaching, those movements are scaled to meet you where you are and help you become capable of things you never thought possible.

Health isn’t about chasing shortcuts. It’s about building strength, confidence, and independence for life.

Today it was a rope climb. Tomorrow, anything is possible .

Most fitness programs shy away from using Olympic lifts because of their technical complexity.

However, this complexity is precisely why the sn**ch, clean, and jerk provide athletes with tremendous fitness benefits, making them essential components of CrossFit programming.

Instead of shying away, come learn from a coach with the expertise to teach these movements to people of all fitness levels.

The best exercises shouldn’t be reserved for a select few, they should be available to everybody to benefit from.

It’s almost time to take on the CrossFit Hero workout Murph for Memorial Day.

Murph is more than a workout — it’s a tribute to Lt. Michael Murphy, and a chance to honor the many others who have lost their lives in the line of duty.⁣

Hero workouts are more than a test of physical ability. They bridge the gap between the body and the mind, emotion and experience, and give us the chance to do more than just remember our soldiers. It gives us the chance to sweat, bleed, suffer, and grieve for our fallen heroes one rep at a time.
