Maybe you don't need to become a better version of yourself.
Maybe you need to come home to yourself.
So many of us spend years learning how to be who the world needs us to be.
The dependable one.
The strong one.
The successful one.
The caretaker.
The peacemaker.
The one who never needs anything.
And somewhere along the way, we lose touch with the person underneath all of those roles.
Coming home to yourself isn't about fixing what's wrong with you.
It's about understanding what shaped you, recognizing the patterns that once protected you, and remembering that you are allowed to live from something deeper than survival.
You don't have to become someone new.
You get to come home to who you've always been.
