This patient had a facial rejuvenation with us, a year later, our team detected skin cancer.

In 2025, Drs. Lieberman & Parikh performed a deep plane facelift and neck lift, chin implant, fat transfer, brow lift, blepharoplasty, and laser on Lara. Over the following year, she continued coming in to L&P Aesthetics for routine skincare and aesthetic treatments. During one of those visits, our provider, Krystal Sun, MPAS, PA-C, noticed a small spot that looked suspicious and performed a biopsy.
The biopsy confirmed skin cancer.
While this was understandably difficult news, Lara was grateful to have a team she trusted to guide her through the next steps.
After undergoing Mohs surgery with Dr. Caroline Doo, MD, Lara returned to our team, where Dr. Steven Curti performed the reconstructive closure to restore the appearance while minimizing visible scarring.
