This is one of those tiny things that can make a big difference…

Switching baby’s head direction during sleep can help prevent flat spots and support balanced neck strength.

Most babies naturally favor one side—this is just a gentle way to even things out.

This is something I quietly do during overnight shifts all the time 🤍

Always place baby on their back to sleep, and if anything feels off, check with your pediatrician.
