Today, we pause to recognize something we all share—mental health.

No matter who we are or what we do, caring for our minds is just as vital as caring for our bodies. It’s taking a deep breath between tasks, setting boundaries, or simply allowing yourself to rest. These moments of care aren’t indulgent—they’re necessary.

As a Wellness Coordinator, I see firsthand how easy it is to pour from an empty cup. This World Mental Health Day, let’s remind ourselves and one another:
💚 Self-care isn’t selfish
💚 Support creates strength
💚 Healing starts with awareness

Let’s keep the conversation going and continue building a world where mental well-being is part of everyday life—not just today, but every day.
