What an amazing Mother's Day weekend getting to walk across that stage with a new official title, Doctor of Medical Science. Although, being a board- certified and fellowship-trained Dermatology Physician Associate for the past 6 years gave me more than enough expertise to own and operate Anew Aesthetics & Dermatology, I am grateful to have advanced my knowledge and understanding at the doctoral level. Being a forever learner is a promise to myself, yet also makes me a better practitioner for all of my patients. What truly put the finishing bow on the accomplished goal of becoming a doctor, was doing it all as a new mother. All of the degrees I obtain are no comparison to the joy and reward I feel from being a mother. To all of the Mamas out there who perservere and accomplish amazing things in addition to being mothers, Happy Mother's Day!!!💝
