The eldest daughter, the perfectionist, the one who learned to earn her place — she doesn’t disappear because we’ve named her. But she does soften when we give her somewhere to land.⁣

That’s what the breath does. Not fix. Not erase. Just create enough space to remember who you actually are underneath all that proving.⁣
