❤️ This is what ClearView CARES is all about.

When one of our own is facing a difficult season, we believe they should never have to face it alone.

For Felicia Morton, Medical Records Coordinator at River Grove Health & Rehab, a recent surgery brought challenges she wasn’t expecting—but it also reminded her just how much support surrounds her.

As a recent ClearView CARES Award recipient, Felicia shared:

“It is comforting to know that I work for an organization that cares about its employees and has a program like this in place when we need it most. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity, compassion, and support. I appreciate it more than you know.”

Felicia also shared how much the kindness and willingness of her coworkers to step in and help has meant during this time.

And that may be the most special part of ClearView CARES—it’s our people taking care of our people. ❤️
