This sweet & joyful blend begins with White Pu’erh, a fermented tea with a dynamic flavor that’s lighter and more delicate than other pu’erh teas. From there, a meadow’s worth of botanicals rounds out the blend, balancing flavor with the goodness of summer’s offerings: meadowsweet, lemon balm, chamomile, red clover, blue cornflower, lavender, oat straw tops, heather, rose buds, white chrysanthemum & granulated honey.

📜 Pu’erh tea has a history stretching back centuries to China’s Yunnan Province, where tea leaves were traditionally compressed for long journeys along ancient trade routes. Good morning, friends! Now that our 2026 Culinary Lavender is here, we wanted to share a Lavender Matcha Latte recipe we created using both our Culinary Lavender and Uji Matcha!

Lavender Matcha Latte
Serves 1

Ingredients:
🍵1 teaspoon Uji Matcha
🪻½ teaspoon Culinary Lavender
🥛¾ cup milk of choice
💧¼ cup hot water around 175°F
🍯1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice
Optional: ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Heat the milk gently in a small saucepan. Add the dried lavender. Keep the milk warm, not boiling, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain out the buds and return the milk to low heat. Stir in sweetener and the vanilla if using.

2. Sift the matcha into a bowl to remove clumps. Add the hot water. Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until smooth and lightly frothy.

3.Pour the whisked matcha into a mug. Top with the warm lavender milk. Enjoy! We love enjoying this one with someone we love! 💜💚🍵🍵💚💜
