These small-group reset sessions are your invitation to pause, clear your mind, and release the tension of the day, week, and beyond—perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Deep Rest for Body & Mind

These small-group restorative yoga massage sessions are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and fully unwind through supported stretching, hands-on massage, and deep relaxation.

This is not a traditional yoga class. No yoga experience or flexibility is needed.

The Louisa County Chamber of Commerce is hosting an Open House at the Sage Building, and we’re excited to be part of it!
There’s been a lot of change here over the past couple of years—with new ownership and many new businesses—so if you haven’t been by in a while, this is a great time to come take a look.
It’s a relaxed, come-and-go event where you can explore the space and meet the businesses inside.

Thanks, Louisa County Chamber of Commerce for another fantastic event!

There’s something powerful about taking time to pause, reflect, and intentionally step forward.

Today’s Spring Forward: Vision & Intentions Workshop brought together an incredible group of women who showed up ready to focus on what’s next—personally, professionally, and in how they live each day.

The energy in the room was real. Conversations were meaningful. Ideas were shared, shaped, and brought to life.

Grateful for everyone who participated, shared openly, and leaned into the experience.
