Stress doesn’t always begin in the mind — it shows up in the body first, where you may hold an emotion.
Tight shoulders. Racing thoughts. Shallow breathing. Fatigue.

Biofeedback helps to balance the body. Identifying where you hold stress and restoring vagus, parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

Frequency-based wellness practices can support this process by encouraging the body toward states of calm, balance, and restoration. When the nervous system shifts out of survival mode, the body is better able to rest, recover, and reset.

The goal isn’t perfection — it’s resilience.
More calm. More connection. More balance from the inside out. ✨ Interested in experiencing Biofeedback and reducing stress? I would love to work with you. Schedule a session - link in bio.

Some days you wake up and wonder what magical thing can happen today. Painting this morning out in nature with two friends at Foxhollow Farm was the most relaxing, magical and therapeutic experience. We even kept painting during a small rain shower. The sheep kept coming to visit us and I loved listening to them baaaaing. Magical✨

Being out in nature does more than clear your mind—it helps your body reset. Fresh air, natural light, and the gentle rhythms of the outdoors signal your nervous system to slow down. Heart rate drops, muscles relax, and stress hormones begin to ease.

Whether it’s painting, a quiet walk, sitting under a tree, or simply noticing the sound of birds, nature brings you back into balance.

Biofeedback is designed for stress management and rebalancing your body. Often when people have been living in a state of stress for a pronged period of time you need more than just a day in nature. That is when a Biofeedback session can help. It’s easy to schedule - the link is in my bio.

What a wonderful Tibetan Sound Bowl Class at the Earth and Spirit Center! I love teaching about the science and frequency of these ancient Tibetan sound bowls. Then being able to immerse in the energy of the bowls while opening up your chakras and relaxing with a sound journey was magical. We ended the class being able to stand in the large sound bowl, setting an intention and having journeyers activate the bowl moving up the body. I loved I got to be in the bowl and receive these magical frequencies from them too! What a great night of self care!

When I was in India, I was so touched by the pure energy of the Dalai Lama! He lightly touched my cheek two times✨✨! It was a priceless experience.
A blessing means receiving a transmission of compassion, wisdom, and positive energy, symbolizing a spiritual connection and encouragement for inner growth, peace, and embodying virtues like kindness, generosity, and compassion in your own life, transforming your potential for good.
✨I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for me.
