I’ve been gone for a while, but there’s a reason for that. I’ve been pouring my heart and soul into creating some spaces that I cannot wait to share with you. I had to make sure they were complete before I invited you in.

The first is Acasma: The Remembrance.
This is a 12-week live course, and it is the deepest, most complete container I have ever created. It’s not about learning something new. It’s about remembering what you have always known, who you actually are, beneath everything that buried it. We begin this Saturday, September 5th at 10:30am Eastern, and there are still spaces available. Investment is $1,111 with payment plans available.

The second is The Sacred Sovereign Circle on Patreon, my paid community space where I show up every single month with transmissions, teachings, and monthly group Acasma sessions to anchor it all in and to help you connect back to YOU. It’s $27 a month and the door is open now.

Grip is a power leak.

Every time you hold on to something that isn’t meant to be yours, a person, an outcome, a version of a story you decided was the only version, you are hemorrhaging the very energy that your actual creation requires.

This is not woo. This is energetics. The field of limitless potential doesn’t respond to force, it responds to openness. And you cannot be open while your hands are full of something you’re trying to will into existence.

The art of surrender is a power move, not a passive one. It’s choosing to trust the field over the fear. It’s redirecting your energy from what was never yours to what IS yours to build.

Surrender isn't weakness. It's not giving up, quitting, or throwing in the towel.

Surrender is the moment you stop white-knuckling an outcome that was never fully yours to control, and you open back up to something bigger than what you could have planned.

We have access to a field of infinite potential. Every single one of us. But the moment we demand that life looks one specific way, we collapse that field down to one tiny possibility, and we wonder why we feel stuck.

The magic isn't in the grip. It's in the release.

Every relationship in your life is a mirror.

The person who irritates you? They’re reflecting something back. Not to shame you, not to call you out, but to show you a part of yourself that’s still waiting to be integrated.

And the person you’ve put on a pedestal? The quality you admire in them, the thing you believe they have that you don’t? You already have it. You wouldn’t be able to recognize it if you didn’t.

This is the work for today.

Pick one relationship. Either someone who gets under your skin, or someone you quietly envy or admire. If it’s the person who irritates you, identify the quality you’re reacting to in them. Then ask yourself honestly: where does that same quality live in me?

If it’s the person you’ve put on a pedestal, identify what it is you believe they have that you don’t. Then sit with this: you can only see it because it already lives in you.

No judgment. Just awareness. Just presence.

The people you admire most? They’re not showing you something foreign. They’re showing you something familiar.

You cannot recognize a quality in another person unless you already carry it within yourself. Admiration is just self-recognition wearing someone else’s face.

Think about someone you put on a pedestal.

Someone whose strength, grace, creativity, or power stops you in your tracks. Now sit with this: every single thing you see in them, you already possess. The recognition had to come from somewhere. It came from you.

This is what relationships as mirrors teach us. The people who move us most are always reflecting us back to ourselves.

Acasma energy is a healing modality designed to help you connect to that sovereignty, and actually stand in it, not just understand it intellectually.

I've been thinking about sovereignty a lot lately.

Not the word, but the actual lived experience of it.

The word gets thrown around like it's a vibe or an aesthetic, when really it's one of the hardest things a human being can practice. Standing so fully in who you are that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, says, does, or believes. Letting the people in your life walk their own path without feeling threatened by it. Always keeping the pen in your hand and refusing to let anyone else write your story, even when handing it over would be so much easier.

Most of us gave the pen away a long time ago. And we had really good reasons for it. For survival. For love. For just trying to belong somewhere.

But at some point surviving stops feeling like living, and you realize you've been performing a version of yourself that was designed for everyone else's comfort.

That's the moment sovereignty starts. Not when life gets easy, but right in the middle of the discomfort of being seen.

You were born sovereign.

It’s not something you earn or develop or finally achieve one day when you’ve done enough work on yourself. It’s the truth of who you are. Your birthright. The frequency you came in with before the world got its hands on you and started writing over it.

What happened was layering. The layering of the expectations others had of you. The versions of you that other people needed you to be so they could feel comfortable, safe and certain. And because you were young, and because you loved them, and because belonging felt like survival, you let them. You picked up their pen and started writing yourself in their handwriting.

Then one day you look up and wonder why your life doesn’t feel like yours.

Sovereignty is the return. Not to some future version of yourself you haven’t become yet, but to the one who was always there underneath everything you were taught to be instead.

It means standing in your own truth so completely that other people’s paths don’t threaten yours. It means letting people be who they are, fully, while you remain fully who you are. No shrinking. No shapeshifting to keep the peace. No apologizing for taking up space.

That is the work we’re doing inside 21 Days of Devotion: Coming Home to You.

The relationships in your life are not accidents.

Every single person who has shown up, stayed, left, challenged you, loved you, or broken you open, they were drawn to you. And you to them.

There’s a part of you, deeper than your conscious mind, that knows exactly which relationships will crack you open to the next version of yourself. The ones that feel like home. The ones that feel like sandpaper. Both are doing the same work.

The mirror doesn’t only show you what’s beautiful. Sometimes it shows you what’s unhealed. And that person across from you, the one making you feel things you don’t want to feel, they’re not doing it to you. They’re doing it for you.

When you start seeing your relationships this way, everything shifts. You stop asking “why is this happening to me?” and start asking “what is this showing me?”

That’s where the real work begins.
