What began in 2022 as a response to a critical need for infection prevention education, Kentucky Infection Prevention Training Center grew into a meaningful resource for healthcare professionals across Kentucky and beyond. As the federal grant supporting the Kentucky Infection Prevention (KyIP) Training Center concludes, the program will officially transition out of operation.
While KyIP's chapter is coming to an immediate end, the importance of infection prevention education remains as vital as ever. Partners of KyIP, Norton Healthcare and Norton Children's are committed to carrying this work forward by continuing to provide healthcare professionals with relevant, evidence-based education, expert insights and accessible learning opportunities.
We invite you to stay engaged with our growing collection of resources and educational content as we continue our shared commitment to advancing infection prevention and improving patient care.
Thank you for helping to protect and care for the commonwealth through your infection prevention efforts.
