I can honestly say that I’ve worked more than I ever thought I would since starting tele-health the majority of time. Pacing myself with new responsibilities to expand and mentor, this field is an art and it isn’t slowing down.

At first glance, I wondered why I had never seen this photo of Frida before and then I did some research. It is not her, this is a photoshopped image of her holding a gun. Frida was a wonderful, strong, beautiful woman and artist. She used her art to heal her trauma, her story is very sad and she lived as a very emotional woman as she struggled with her mental health. I’ve always been fascinated with her through my years of studying art, art therapy and trauma.
