Looking through one of my music therapy books and found some excerpts I highlighted from my time in school. Which then led to reflecting on my seventh (?!?!) year of music therapy. In the beginning I strictly wanted to work with teens in the mental health setting, where one of my practicums ended up being at Our Lady of Peace with . I remember learning and growing so much within that year, and it was a core experience to be where I am today (and life in general). I continue to learn that we’re all more alike than different, no matter our struggles or barriers and compassion is more important now more than ever. Here’s to another seven years! ❤️

From the end of this mornings sound bath ❤️ at this point I’m just focusing on integrating back into everyone’s surroundings and gradually waking up! A few saw colors like pink, purple, green, and yellow - which is always my favorite part to ask!
