The apple is great for feelings of fullness, but I want you to draw your attention to the beautiful red colored fruit on the plate called the prickly pear. It is the fruit of a cactus. It has so many health benefits that help support LDL, lowering blood sugar and high in fiber ,vitamin C just to name a few. If you are not allergic to fruits from botanical classifications, check it out!

The texture to me is smooth but has little seeds throughout the fruit. Taste fabulous cold.

What does a refreshing reset look like you might think you have to go to Hawaii to get it or St Thomas or Brazil or some other magnificent beautiful place that truly is a reset.
However,you're able to get a reset sometimes on your front porch other times in your own backyard or a sweet spot in your city. Whatever the case take time to reset and experience the reset!

 good afternoon looking forward to this new year 2026 getting better and striving in new areas to be the best version of myself. I pray you come along with me. One thing to look at this year is daily intake food tracking!
Create a journal of what you are eating daily just to see it on paper. How good or possibly better you can be as you eat your way through the day.

As we approach Christmas 2025, a lot has happened in my life, but my excitement , the excitement may overflow. For me it is not because of gifts, but because of the birth of Christ and the birth of my new direction that started with my new life in Christ.

As my life has moved forward and progressed, I've always found moments when it's time to take new direction and I wrestle with whether or not I'm gonna go this way, that way, or another way whatever the case may be, I desire to follow the best payh for me!
The other thing I get excited about is the opportunity and potential That a new year brings!

So then, if the Lord wills it and we all make it to 2026, what direction do you want your health and wellness to go in?

I would hope to better and bigger things but whatever the case if you need help figuring it out I am always here to help you not hurt you.

Each day I try to do something new and interesting to me, especially since lotta times it's just me.

I took a trip to the I took a trip to the Vietnamese grocery store due to a book that I'm reading along with a documentary that I looked at about blue zones, which ultimately are areas in the world where there is a high population of centurions people over 100

The documentary went to all parts of the world, but when they got to Asia, there was a high consumption of purple sweet potatoes and me personally I like sweet potatoes, although typically with all the junk 🤣

However, every day I am making strives to treat my body better and to remember that my body is the temple of the Holy Ghost as well as the only one I will ever get AnyWho, I researched recipes and found a smoothie

I replaced the strawberries with blueberries, but it is really good!

Kudos to the Vietnamese grocery store because it was full of holistic Health Coach treasures!

I found a new powerful breakfast !
Blueberries good for the brain
Banana natural sweetener, but also full of potassium
And the purple, sweet potato is high and the vitamins a C and maganese.

One final thing purple, sweet potatoes, help regulate blood sugar, which is a great plus!

This is what I saw in my mind yesterday! The mother represents ME however the child represents ME!

Let me explain. As we get older it is our job to take care of ourselves the way a mother would listen to the professional provider and take care of her child.

And just like the child should LISTEN to their mom, we should listen when we are given the diagnosis and research and respond

Simply put- Do the work AND take care of yourself!
