There is a point in your life when you realize that understanding yourself and actually making space to feel yourself are two very different things.

You can spend years searching for language for what you’ve experienced. Trying to make sense of what you carry. Recognizing the patterns, questioning the stories, feeling the quiet nudge that something within you is asking for your attention.

And still, there is a difference between knowing something needs your attention and giving yourself permission to meet it.

That is the space I hold.

Not to tell you who you are. Not to hand you answers that were never mine to give. But to sit beside you as you explore the layers of your own experience, reconnect with your inner knowing, and become curious about what may be ready to shift.

Through Reiki + Psychic Surgery, we work with intention, energy, and presence, creating room for reflection, reconnection, and a deeper relationship with yourself.

This work is personal. It is not about becoming someone new to earn your own acceptance. It is about creating space to meet yourself beyond the noise, the expectations, and the versions of you that were built around simply getting through.

We’ll explore the medicinal AND spiritual properties of each ingredient, from what it offers the body to the energy, symbolism, and intention it can represent.

For most of my life, I didn’t trust myself. I was so disassociated from my own body because I didn’t feel safe. I distracted myself with always staying busy, so I didn’t really have to focus on what was actually happening. I distracted myself by always acting happy so no one knew what was actually happening. I distracted myself with drugs and alcohol to try and numb the hurt. I distracted myself by always helping others even when they were never there for me. I distracted myself with people who were never able to hold me because I didn’t feel worthy or shown the value of my actual self. I distracted myself so I didn’t have to feel all the hurt I held inside, I distracted myself because I was scared, I distracted myself with all of the chaos because it was familiar. That’s what I grew up around so that means it’s ok right?

I questioned what I felt, what I sensed, what I just knew.
Did I really feel that? Did I just hear that? Did I just see that? Did I sense that was going to happen before it really did? Am I making this up? Can I even trust myself? What is even happening?

Growing up I had to focus on everyone else’s needs. I grew up fast because that’s what I had to do. I became so disconnected from myself that I didn’t even recognize my own intuition when it started speaking.

And learning to trust that voice again? OWEEEEIIIIIIII, That’s one HELL of a journey honey.

But along the way I have found my body, my mind, my spirit, my joy, my worth, my value, my knowing, my grief, my anger, my sadness, my pleasure, my appreciation, my gratitude, my resilience, my passion, my surrender, my happiness, my triggers, my resistance, my courage, my strength, my love, my purpose, my safety, my confidence, my voice and my calling!

And I am here to help you REMEMBER yours too!!!

The courage to become unfamiliar. When the person you’ve always known yourself to be no longer fits the person you’re becoming.
And damn, that can be completely terrifying.
Because becoming unfamiliar means letting go of the identities you built to survive. The versions of yourself you created to be accepted, to be loved, to keep the peace, to fit into spaces you were never meant to shrink for.
It means questioning everything you once believed about yourself. It means allowing yourself to change your mind, change your direction, change your boundaries, change your entire damn life if that’s what your soul is calling you toward. It means being willing to disappoint people who benefited from the version of you that never disappointed anyone. It means standing in the uncomfortable space between who you were and who you’re becoming, without rushing to make yourself recognizable again. The greatest act of courage isn’t finding your old self, it’s allowing yourself to become someone you’ve never met before. Someone who chooses differently. Someone who speaks more honestly. Someone who no longer abandons herself to be chosen by others.
Someone who trusts the unfolding, even when the path looks nothing like the one she planned.
And maybe the people around you won’t understand it. Maybe even you won’t recognize yourself for a while. That’s okay, beautiful soul.
You’re not always meant to return to who you were. You’re evolving, you’re expanding in ways you’ve never imagined. Sometimes you’re meant to meet the version of yourself that was waiting beneath everything you were taught to be.
So here’s to the unraveling. The unlearning. The shedding. The return to your true self. The becoming. Here’s to having the courage to outgrow the familiar, even when the unfamiliar feels like standing naked in the middle of your own transformation. You don’t have to recognize yourself to be becoming yourself. What if the life you’ve been longing for is waiting on the other side of the version of you that you’re finally brave enough to release?!! I don’t know sounds cute, maybe give it a try!!!

Reiki + Psychic Surgery is an intuitive energy session that combines the gentle, grounding practice of Reiki with deeper energetic exploration.

Reiki works with the body’s energy field to encourage relaxation, balance, and a sense of harmony. Psychic Surgery is the intuitive part of the session, where I focus on exploring energetic patterns, attachments, and areas that may feel heavy, stagnant, or ready to shift.

I create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and become more aware of what you may be carrying that no longer serves you. Every session is unique because every person’s journey is different. I’m not here to tell you who you are or what you need to be. I’m here to hold space, follow my intuition, and help guide you back to your own inner wisdom.

Think of it as an invitation to release what no longer belongs, reclaim your power, and remember who you are beneath all the layers!!!
