HEALTH IS WHOLESOME 🫀🫁🧠👀
Here’s your reminder that seeking a healthier lifestyle is an inside job first. In order to achieve your goals, you have to first make that decision.
Then, you have to ask yourself what areas of your life are not aligning with that goal?
For me, it’s that I shouldn’t be working in bed at 11pm or staying up too late to finish the Marvel series (but I want to!!!)
It is also my personal choice to not only eat foods that will help me reach an aesthetic goal, but rather will help me feel good from the inside out- foods that will help better replenish my energy and even transform rejuvenate my cells.
Water, a lot of water, all the time. Yes I have to p*e a lot- I am hydrated… try it. Feels great. (Your muscles NEED it and so do your organs- badly)!
And then a privilege check… I’m aware that I GET to make these decisions every day. I GET to choose what food goes into my body, IF I want to watch TV at the end of the night, IF I want to exercise and what type of exercise I want to do. There a millions of people around the world who don’t have this opportunity and as someone who does, I am doing my best to own my part in it and hopefully one day be able to share what I’ve learned with those who haven’t had the same chance. ✨
I hope today that you can look at your life in a wholesome view and find ways that you can shift your mindset to match your goals and help others do the same in the process 😊
