A planet with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water interacting in a way where flourishing life is impossible to suppress~~a place where the birth, life, death cycle is constantly spinning, weaving, knitting~~witnessing our home and sustainer of all life in her full truth is a miracle. I stand in awe.

Thank you Mama Earth. Thank you for teaching us about our relationship with you and each other— brothers, sisters, yes, but also trees, clouds, rattlesnakes, and barred owls.

I see you mama deer with precious fawn. I feel you in our shared care for your little one. It’s not just because I’m a mother, it’s because for a little while I can feel into your love and heart through paying attention.

We are learning to pay attention.
•
To each other. To our embodiment. To the energies pulsing between us all. To the nexus of unity we have forgotten because of distractions.

We are RE-MEMBERING our relationship to each being on this planet as we celebrate and honor your relationship, Sun and Earth, to each other.

Taking the risk to sit in circle and share your heart with others invites belonging. We realize we are not alone in what we think, feel, and experience.
•
We realize that others have similar struggles, similar dreams, similar fears.
•
We realize that we are more similar than different.
•
Through these practices of relating we feel our interconnectedness, and we rediscover our belonging to each other.
•
And this is why I love bringing us together in circle— to awaken and reconnect us to the ancient memory vibrating in our DNA— collective empowerment!

When we are experiencing an emotion, if we take the time to reflect, we realize it’s rarely one emotion. Our experience is often layered and we are often feeling more than one emotion at a time.
•
Not only are our experiences layered with different emotions, but also they may be layered experientially— the past sometimes echoes into the present.
•
This is often the reason why our reaction to an event may feel disproportionate to the present experience.
•
It’s not because we’re dramatic, it’s often because we are reliving a traumatic experience from the past and projecting it into the present.
•
When we can slow down and reflect with another human in a non-judgmental safe container, we can make so many discoveries.
•

May we remember our elders: Fire, Water, Air, Sky, Mama Earth, Grandma Moon, Ancient Grandfather Sun.
•
May we remember that community comes from the word commune — to come together, to discuss or communicate.
•
May we rejoin the conversation and remember how to talk to all our relations, by first listening, learning.

The longest day of the year is the peak of summer where the shadows are illuminated and clarity and reflection are available to all who seek it.

🪞In this Summer Solstice Ceremony Suzy and Rachelle intend to offer a safe and sacred space for you to reflect on the first half of the year, celebrating our successes and honoring our opportunities for growth.

🍃We will lovingly hold a container for the release of any thoughts, fears, regrets or experiences that are ready to transmute.

🌊And finally, we will weave a fertile portal of possibility where you can set intentions that will ripple into expanding the second half of the year.

Through ceremonial cacao, a heart centered talking circle, journaling, dance, yoga nidra, sound journey, and collective ritual we will step into and out of the fire of transformation, clear and energized, as we begin our journey back towards winter solstice.

Marking the seasons through ceremony and ritual attunes us to the rhythm of Mama Earth, and allows us to honor our human cycles with compassion and acceptance.
