What if the future of chronic pain care is already clearer than we think?
This Pain Awareness Month, we’re looking at what patients, clinicians and physicians told us in The Pain Perspective, Confluent Health’s latest proprietary research initiative.
The good news? There’s strong agreement on what better chronic pain care should look like, from conservative, non-pharmacologic treatment to physical therapy, whole-person care and coordinated pathways.
The challenge? Patients aren’t feeling as confident about the future as clinicians are.
➡️ 94% of clinicians are optimistic about the future of chronic pain management.
➡️ Just 42% of patients feel optimistic about managing their pain long-term.
That 52-point optimism gap matters. Swipe through to see more of what the data tells us, and read the full blog post to explore what patients are telling us about the future of chronic pain care: https://confluenthealth.com/resources/pain-awareness-month-chronic-pain-care/
