Off The Wahl Nutrition Building a community around Health and Fitness is what we are all about. We have many community even I want to have kids and parent classes too.

I will post all the events going on in my club and what we have for weekly shakes. If you want more info and you are not friends with me, friend, me and I will add you to the Facebook group. We will be having Fitness classes and I will be starting a couch to 5k challenge. the club will be opening up at my house Aug.4th. With a grant opening party on Saturday the 9th. Well will have shakes to try and you will learn about the many thing I want to do. If you would like to come please let me know.
