This is an invitation to explore what is possible in your life when you follow your own heart. It’s an exploration of what happens when you turn away from the unwinnable battle of self judgement, trying to do everything right, always working harder and following all the “shoulds.”

The heart experiment is intended to help you understand what it means to live from your heart, discover your inner wisdom, and experience a life that feels as comfortable as your favorite pair of shoes. It’s where ease and effortlessness is an every day experience and health and well-being is actually fun and attainable.

If you feel like you are constantly searching the the “right” thing that will finally get you what you want in life, this is the program for you.

If you feel like you are always trying to fix yourself, fix other people, or fix the world and carrying the weight of all if it, if you feel like your mind is constantly running on a hamster wheel, if you feel like stress is a main contributor of your ailments or complaints in life, then this program is for you.

This program will be starting in the summer of 2026 and is available both online and in-person (for those of you who reside around Louisville, KY).

I heard this quote several years ago. I have no idea where I heard it from. [your body is not just a plant stand for your head.]. I was instantly knocked back into reality. Our bodies have so much wisdom in them. Stop ignoring them :).
