blissherapeutic_ Happy Wellness Wednesday! I'm a multi-tasker(ADD) and sometimes I have a 100 projects started and nothing gets completed because I'm running around all over the place. So this is a reminder to myself and you to slow down and breathe.

I have told some of my clients that when I massage, it's therapy for me as well as them because it forces me to slow down and focus.
