A client couple recently shared with me that they love a Ta***ic practice so much they simply call it Yum Yum! I was so tickled 😍!

And it makes sense why they love it: This practice has a unique, powerful and beautiful way of bringing partners into deep connection.

The practice I had taught them was actually "Ta***ic Union Breathing for Partners" and the position is Yab Yum, a classic Ta***ic positioning such that you are sitting in one another's lap, hands on each other's hearts, and either eye gazing or foreheads touching.

I'll be teaching this practice on November 7th with a fabulous co-facilitator, Cory Lockhart! Cory will be teaching a wonderfully effective communication technique for partners called Non-Violent Communication. Together, these practices provide a beautiful opportunity for partners to experience deeper connection.
