PRI treatments and techniques focus on restoring optimal diaphragm function, nervous system regulation, and specific groups of muscles to create balance and more efficient movement.
Using the right muscles for the job means less compensation, less muscle tension and ultimately less times of injury and stalled progress. A PRI program helps you use the muscles you intend to use for any given movement / exercise / lift.
