Change is uncomfortable, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. 💪

Now, this isn’t a scientific fact, just something we’ve noticed from experience. When you try something new, it often takes roughly 2 weeks before it starts to feel normal.

⏰ Waking up earlier
🏃 Trying a new hobby
🏋️ Starting to lift in the gym
🥗 Making healthier food choices

The first 2 weeks can be the hardest. You’re breaking old routines, building new habits, and stepping outside your comfort zone.

But once you push through that initial discomfort, things often start getting easier. What once felt like a chore can become part of your everyday routine.

Give yourself time to adjust. Don’t quit just because it feels uncomfortable at first.

Swap the white bread for whole grain, the regular peanut butter for natural, and the sugary jelly for some fresh mashed berries. More fiber, less added sugar, and still delicious!

We get it… it’s JUST a sandwich.
