✨ Celebrating two new Reiki Level 1 graduates!
I’m so proud of these two students for completing their Reiki Level 1 training and the practice, self-healing, and dedication that came along with it.

Level 1 is such an important foundation — learning to connect with Reiki energy, trust what you feel, understand your own energy, and begin using Reiki with intention and confidence.

And their journey isn’t stopping here… they’re officially moving on to Reiki Level 2 certification!

Level 2 will take their practice deeper as they begin working with the Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, and more advanced techniques for working with others.

Congratulations to both of you! It has been such a joy to watch you learn, practice, ask questions, and grow into your own unique way of working with Reiki. 💜

Testing a new simmer pot from my last shipment, Midnight Mocha Brew. A blend of dried citrus, cocoa beans, a cinnamon stick, spices and coffee beans. My entire home smells absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to try some of the other simmer pots in my shop!

Some of the most profound transformations happen quietly.

The story you’re about to read comes from a current client in my Wellness Coaching Program who has generously allowed me to share her experience.

Every healing journey is unique, and no two sessions are ever the same. Sometimes we work with the nervous system, sometimes limiting beliefs, sometimes emotions that have been carried for years. And sometimes, people experience something they can only describe as deeply spiritual.

Whether you view experiences like this through the lens of psychology, energy, symbolism, or soul, healing often begins when we meet the parts of ourselves we’ve been carrying—or avoiding—with compassion instead of criticism.

If you’ve ever felt like something inside you has been missing, disconnected, or waiting to be rediscovered, I hope her story reminds you that transformation is possible.

If you’re curious about Wellness Coaching or would like to explore what your own healing journey might look like, I’d love to connect.

Join us for a beginner-friendly Aura Workshop + Practice where we’ll explore the subtle energy field that surrounds the body and learn simple techniques for beginning to sense and see auras.

The aura is often described as the energetic glow around a person — a reflection of the emotional, physical, and spiritual energy we carry. Learning to notice the aura can help you slow down, soften your focus, become more present, and tune into the subtle ways your body responds to people and spaces. Spiritually, it can open the door to a deeper connection with yourself, your intuition, and the energy moving through the world around you.

In this small group workshop, you’ll be guided through approachable practices for seeing auras, sensing energy, and becoming more aware of your own energetic presence. We’ll practice together in a supportive, low-pressure environment where curiosity is encouraged and there is no need to “get it right.”

No experience is necessary. This workshop is perfect for beginners, empaths, energy-sensitive people, or anyone curious about seeing and understanding energy.

Okay... I'm calling you out.

If you have time to scroll Facebook for 45 minutes...
..but you keep telling yourself you "don't have time" to take care of your own mental and emotional health...

This is your sign. You deserve more than surviving the week and hoping next week is easier.

You keep saying you'll take care of yourself "after..."

After work slows down.
After the kids go back to school.
After vacation.
After life gets less stressful.

But here's the truth...
Life isn't going to send you an invitation to rest.

You have to choose it.

If you've been running on empty, feeling disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed or simply not like yourself... Don't wait until your body forces you to stop.

Choose yourself now.
