Just a periodic reminder that Fed is Best. And, did you know you can cook Marie Calendar pot pies in the air fryer? Add some air fried broccoli and it’s a complete meal(the butter helps absorb nutrients.)

Always think about adding what you need, not restricting.

Here's hoping this is not our fate. Call and write your legislators, Tell them how cutting state and federal Medicaid and Medicare funding affects EVERYONE. Make it personal. Make them uncomfortable.

We know that many folks don't work a classic 9-5 type job any more. That's why we offer appointments starting as early as 7am, as late as 630pm on weekdays, and select weekend appointment times. If you have a specific scheduling need, please reach out and see what kind of magic we can work.

Don't forget that any person in Colorado can receive our services via telehealth, which can help improve scheduling flexiblity.

When we talk about health, we usually talk about:

Exercise.
Nutrition.
Sleep.
Medical appointments.

And all of these are important. (Please don't skip your next doctor appointment.)

But we(the biomedical injustry) don’t talk enough about meaning.

The hobbies that make us lose track of time.
The stories that make us think differently.
The communities where we feel like we belong.

Occupational therapy is built on a pretty simple idea: what we do every day shapes our health.

And yes — that includes reading!
