VERUM’S FIRST TATTOO CONVENTION IS OFFICIALLY IN THE BOOKS. 🖤🏆
What an incredible weekend.
Rachel, Lin, and our new Studio Manager, Dee, headed to our very first tattoo convention as VERUM—and we’re coming home proud, exhausted, inspired, and already ready to do it again.
This weekend was about so much more than tattooing. It was an opportunity to get outside of our comfort zones, learn from an incredible community of artists, meet amazing new people and clients, push ourselves creatively, and absolutely crush some goals along the way.
And we came home with some hardware. 🏆
Rachel’s 3-day leg panel took 21 HOURS of tattooing over the course of the weekend and earned 3rd Place — Color Portrait! 🎨
And an enormous shoutout to Marisa, who sat through all 21 hours like an absolute CHAMP. We could not have asked for a better client to take on something this ambitious with us.
For our first convention, we couldn’t be more proud of what this team accomplished—not just the award, but the growth, teamwork, connections, lessons, and memories that came with it.
We showed up. We pushed ourselves. We learned. We grew. And we proved that VERUM belongs in rooms like this.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, supported us, shared advice, complimented our work, got tattooed, or simply made this weekend such an incredible experience.

COLORADO SPRINGS — WE’RE COMING FOR YOU. 🖤
VERUM Body Art Studio will officially be tattooing at the 2026 Villain Arts Tattoo Festival in Colorado Springs, August 28th–30th!
This is a special opportunity to get tattooed by VERUM outside of our private studio and experience our work on the convention floor.
🎨 RACHEL
Rachel’s convention schedule is fully reserved for an exclusive three-day project on one client. She’ll be working on the piece throughout the entire weekend, so come by the booth, watch the process unfold, and see the finished work come together over all three days.
🖤 LIN — LIMITED CONVENTION BOOKINGS AVAILABLE
Lin is opening a limited number of pre-booked appointments for the weekend.
She’ll be taking on:
• Select premade designs
• Custom/personal concepts approved in advance
• Projects that align with her style and portfolio
If you’ve been wanting a piece from Lin, this is a unique chance to reserve time with her specifically for the Villain Arts weekend. Pre-booking gives you the opportunity to collaborate on your design ahead of the convention and arrive with your appointment already secured—no hoping for a walk-in opening once the weekend begins.
