I am so very thankful for everyone's prayers. God has had His hand on me for the last 6 months and your prayers have sustained me and are still doing so. There are not enough words to express my gratitude and love for each of you. God has blessed me with very special friends.

I wanted to wait to see how my healing process is coming along before posting. It is very slow I am weak and very shaky, and I have list 27 pounds. However, I have good news for you.

Today I went back to Dr. Kidwell and he removed the staples. The CT showed I had passed the kidney stone and there are no more abscesses.I don't have to go back for 3 months. Everything is right on schedule and he was very pleased with my progress. The recovery is going to take some time but I am certainly getting there. I am very thankful and if I had to have this surgery again I would do it in a heartbeat. I was in wonderful christian hands from doctors to nurses. I can't praise UMC enough for their loving and constant care.

I apologize for taking so long to let everyone know but I wanted to share good news. Thank you for the fun visits, the beautiful flowers and the inspirational and lovely cards. Y'all are a true blessing to me and I love y'all! God smile upon ya'll always! ❤️

GOD IS SO GOOD. They took mom down to drain the abscess and guess what. It is taking care of it itself. They do not have to do anything to it nor do they need to drain it. Our prayers were not only heard but answered. I am so thankful for you all. Thank you thank you thank you for loving us.

Thank you all so very much for prayers texts calls and messages for my mom. She is doing great. She said she thanks you all for everything. We are asking for prayers for a speedy recovery.

Hello everybody we will be close more than likely for the rest of this week. My mother is going in for surgery first thing in the morning and it is a very complicated and long surgery with a very long recovery. We will let you know when we will be open again we are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please keep my mother in your prayers.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all the children and staff at TMS today. Today as a parent my worst fear came true. Thank you LPD and LCSO for your fast response. I know our kids are safe but the fear from today will linger for a very long time. This is not ok.

Good morning everyone. We just wanted to let parents know that we told the kids that came into the store this morning scared to go to school, that if anything ever happened at school where they did not feel safe or were not safe they were more than welcome to come to our store and bring as many kids with them as possible. We also told them that if that did happen they were more than welcome to call parents let them know they were ok and to have parents meet them here at our store. As a parent, my heart absolutely breaks because I know our kids do not feel safe and I know parents are just as worried as our kids. I have had several conversations with kids that have voiced their concerns and fears over school shootings and things going on at schools. It breaks my heart to hear them say I am scared to go to school.

Our goal is to help you get healthy and well.
