Hi everyone! I’m Mia, a Registered Nurse and the founder of Hydration and Health LLC, a mobile IV therapy service dedicated to bringing wellness directly to you.

I’ve been a nurse for over 4 years, beginning my career in Labor & Delivery. Caring for families during some of life’s most meaningful moments helped shape my passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

After COVID, I noticed a significant shift in how people prefer to receive healthcare. More than ever, individuals value convenience, comfort, and personalized services in the place they feel most comfortable—their own home. That inspired me to create Hydration and Health LLC, making high-quality, affordable wellness services more accessible without the hassle of leaving home.

As a Palm Beach County native, it is incredibly rewarding to serve the community that raised me. My goal is to help you feel your best, whether you’re looking to support your wellness routine, recover after travel, stay hydrated, or simply prioritize self-care.
