*helping women find health through everyday rhythms*

One thing I’ve realized over the years is that my goal has never been to create dependency. It’s to help women and families feel equipped.

I didn’t start learning about nutrition, minerals, stress, and holistic health because I wanted a business. I started because I wanted answers and I wanted to feel better. If you were a part of my life then, you know, it was harrrdddd 🙃

I went through a lot of trial and error and what surprised me most was how many of the things that made the biggest difference were simple and more habits and skills than protocols.

I love that I can share and teach the things that have helped me so much in person at our retreats. I truly believe that when we teach, encourage, and equip the people around us, the impact reached far beyond ourselves 💛

“Controversial”, at least according to the internet and biased studies 😉

Here are a few of the things that work for our family.

(I fully understand your situation may be different and it’s important that YOU feel confident in what you believe is best for your family)

🥛 Raw milk throughout pregnancy - a nutrient-dense, traditional food rich in minerals, enzymes, and fat-soluble vitamins that support mama and baby. We transition our babies to this, as well.

🌞 Not working out first thing in the morning. Instead, I honor my circadian rhythm by getting sunlight, hydrating, and eating breakfast first to keep my blood sugar steady and nervous system calm.

💉 No 💉 during pregnancy or for baby afterward. This decision was made after deep research and discernment, prioritizing a strong foundation for immune support, naturally. We have been SO incredibly happy making this decision for our first son.

🌾 Limiting grains until age 2 (of course there are times this is unavoidable and that’s totally ok) — focusing instead on mineral-rich whole foods, proteins, healthy fats, and properly prepared grains when they’re introduced to support digestion and development.

🌙 Co-sleeping as long as possible (my absolute favorite) safe, connected sleep has been such a gift for our bonding and my peace of mind. It’s what works best for our rhythm and our baby’s needs.

🏡 Not leaving my baby overnight until they’re ready — my first was about a year old before they felt comfortable going down with someone else. This fostered connection and confidence and I knew we didn’t need the “cry it out” method.

🌿 Natural remedies first - from supporting immune health to easing common ailments.. I love gentle, root-cause approaches that work with the body instead of against it.

💤 5/5/5 Rule - Although, I had Brooks at 5:53 and was home for brunch by 9:30 😂 I still follow the 5/5/5 rule! 5 days in bed, 5 days on bed, 5 days around bed. Rest is SO critical postpartum for healing!

✨ Birth center birth, no interventions (God willing) — I trust my body and my care team, and I’m grateful to birth in a space that honors physiological birth and freedom of movement.
