So, I did a thing this weekend… 🎓❤️

For the last year, I’ve been working toward finally finishing my bachelor’s degree. It’s always felt like unfinished business, and one of my clients (also a very close friend) went out of his way to help make the entire process as smooth as possible. I told everyone I got the most personable VIP graduation experience 😊

Graduating from Texas Tech was something LONG overdue. I tried to play it down, but I have an incredible support system that absolutely refused to let me.

My best friend went completely out of her way to make me feel special. She had graduation cookies made, surprised me with gifts, and coordinated with my mom behind the scenes to make sure this milestone was celebrated whether I wanted the attention or not 😂 My mom made sure there was a graduation cake, my dad came into town early, and my friends showed up for the ceremony, brunch, and everything in between. My family drove five hours to be here and even showed up in custom T-shirts my sister made with my freaking logo on them 🥹

You guys made this so incredibly special. There is truly nothing more boring than sitting through a graduation ceremony, but nothing hit me harder than hearing you guys scream my name when I (finally) crossed that stage.

It may have taken me forever to get here, but there is no doubt I could have done it without the people in my corner. Your love and support mean the absolute world to me.

This was a big goal, so I’m going to sit with this one for a second before I’m off chasing the next big thing.

For now, I’m just feeling incredibly grateful and rich in life because of the people I get to share it with. My circle may be small, but damn, my people are incredible. ❤️

Yuliya’s body didn’t need more discipline. It needed a different approach.

As a health coach, I’ll die on this hill: you can’t outwork Hashimoto’s.

Sometimes the answer isn’t eating less or training harder. Sometimes it’s giving your body what it’s been asking for all along.

With Yuliya, we increased calories, strategically dialed back training, focused on supporting her gut barrier, and reducing inflammation. Her body has continued to respond ever since 🙌🏻

Girls Trip to NYC ✅

I get to see these beautiful ladies once, maybe twice a year, and every single time it fills my cup right back up 🫶🏻

So grateful to call this crew my friends. I’d do just about anything for them, and I’m already counting down until November 💙

Antihistamines don’t fix the issue.
They just keep it quiet.

If your body keeps reacting… there’s a reason.

Thinking about breaking down:
• high histamine foods
• histamine liberators
• why leftovers matter

Comment “HISTAMINE” if you want me to post this next 👇

Peptides aren’t the villain, but they aren’t your solution either.

Listen.. I use peptides.

But not with someone who doesn’t prioritize sleep, eat enough, or manage their stress properly.

We build the dang foundation first.
THEN we optimize.

If you won’t do the basics, the peptides won’t save you.

I heard we were throwing it back!!

2016 was a pivotal year.

I was still in my bodybuilding era.
Posing with one of the best pros in the league.
Sneaking prep food into a Beyoncé concert, claiming Celiac 😂

Had my worst National showing, but my greatest lesson on how much your environment matters.
Secretly saved money for 1+ year for an apartment to escape a toxic, verbal abusive relationship.

Met my Prince Charming ☺️
Represented my home gym on the local news.
Parasailed for the first time and enjoyed life outside of prep.
Got engaged on my favorite holiday ❤️

I made some of the toughest decision I’ve ever had to in 2016 that led me to peace, happiness, and growth I never would have imagined. I’m proud of that girl.

If 2026 is the next 2016, I’m in for a real treat 🤩

Gallbladder removal doesn’t mean your symptoms are permanent. It means bile needs support.

If fat digestion, hormones, or bloating never felt the same after surgery, this matters more than you think.
