Antihistamines don’t fix the issue.
They just keep it quiet.

If your body keeps reacting… there’s a reason.

Thinking about breaking down:
• high histamine foods
• histamine liberators
• why leftovers matter

Comment “HISTAMINE” if you want me to post this next 👇

Peptides aren’t the villain, but they aren’t your solution either.

Listen.. I use peptides.

But not with someone who doesn’t prioritize sleep, eat enough, or manage their stress properly.

We build the dang foundation first.
THEN we optimize.

If you won’t do the basics, the peptides won’t save you.

I heard we were throwing it back!!

2016 was a pivotal year.

I was still in my bodybuilding era.
Posing with one of the best pros in the league.
Sneaking prep food into a Beyoncé concert, claiming Celiac 😂

Had my worst National showing, but my greatest lesson on how much your environment matters.
Secretly saved money for 1+ year for an apartment to escape a toxic, verbal abusive relationship.

Met my Prince Charming ☺️
Represented my home gym on the local news.
Parasailed for the first time and enjoyed life outside of prep.
Got engaged on my favorite holiday ❤️

I made some of the toughest decision I’ve ever had to in 2016 that led me to peace, happiness, and growth I never would have imagined. I’m proud of that girl.

If 2026 is the next 2016, I’m in for a real treat 🤩

Gallbladder removal doesn’t mean your symptoms are permanent. It means bile needs support.

If fat digestion, hormones, or bloating never felt the same after surgery, this matters more than you think.

When MPH took a chance on me, I knew that it would challenge me professionally. But I didn’t realize how it would shape every corner of my life in the process. Five years later, I still show up to this retreat and feel the same gratitude I did on day one… just a whole lot deeper.

This group truly is something rare. Yes, we’re coaches. Yes, we care about data, research, and results. But behind all of that are people who lead with heart and who call you forward instead of calling you out.

Each year I walk away a little clearer and a whole lot more humbled by the fact that I get to sit at this table. Their support, their honesty, and the way we push each other to grow; it’s not loud, performative, or flashy… it’s genuine.

Last night was another reminder of why this team works. Through real conversation, vulnerability, and a room full of people who care enough to go there.

Here’s to year five and to work that matters, a team that leads with integrity, and to the kind of leadership that makes you want to rise to the occasion.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to touch it 💙

You don’t need more restriction.
You need more information.

Your gut tells the story of what your body’s been fighting, adapting to, or holding onto. When you finally understand that story, healing becomes a lot simpler.

If this brings up questions or you’re curious about whether deeper testing could help, my DMs are always open. Curiosity is where real change starts 👏🏻

When your hormones start to shift, it’s not just one system going rogue. It’s a conversation between progesterone, estrogen, cortisol, and insulin.

Each one affects the next.

And when you stabilize blood sugar, mitigate stress, and support recovery… your whole system recalibrates.

Which one of these patterns sounds most like you lately?
