Your healing deserves the same energy, attention, and consistency you give everything else in your life. 🤍

Not just when you’re exhausted. Not just when your body is begging you to slow down. But EVERY single day.

Healing isn’t always easy. It’s not always pretty. And it definitely doesn’t happen overnight.

But every small choice to support your body matters.

Stop waiting until you feel your worst to start making your wellness a priority.

Your body works hard for you every day. It’s time to start showing up for it. ✨

You can take all the supplements, try all the therapies, and chase every new health trend… but if your body is still carrying stress, grief, fear, or loneliness, healing can be harder.

Sometimes the next step isn’t another “fix.”

Sometimes it’s feeling safe again.
Feeling supported.
Letting go.
Being heard.

Your body needs more than treatment. It needs peace, too.

I’m excited to start offering a new referral program.

Word of mouth is one of the biggest compliments you can give a small business, and I truly appreciate every person who shares my name with friends and family.

Starting now, when you refer someone to me, they will receive 10% off their first visit. If they let me know you referred them, you will also receive 10% off your next visit.

With the my own space opening in early 2027, I would love to continue building my established client base before the grand opening. I will also be offering some special grand opening deals for established clients, so now is a great time to book, refer your friends, and become part of what is coming next.

Thank you so much for supporting my business and helping it grow through your referrals. It means more than you know.

What if there was a place where women could go just to shut the world out for an hour?

That’s really what I’m creating with the new Vitality Loft.

Early 2027, we’re opening a women-only wellness space built around slowing down, unplugging, and giving yourself a little room to breathe.

Lymphatic therapy, massage, hocatt , salt cave and salt glow.

Where restoration becomes ritual.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

The secret is finally out! This next chapter feels so special.

Vitality Loft is being created as a place to slow down, exhale, and support your body in a deeper way through massage and wellness modalities like lymphatic therapy, HOCATT, Salt Glow, and more.

I cannot wait to share this space with my existing clients and all the new faces to come.

Opening early 2027.
