Life has been so busy, I didn’t even realize it’s been 5 years this month since I opened Vital Esthetics! 🥹💚
So much has changed over the years—my location, my knowledge, and my growth as an esthetician. It’s wild to sit down and really be reminded of where it all started.
I spent my first year in this beautiful little starter suite downtown. All alone (beauty-industry-wise) in a quiet commercial building. Fresh out of the corporate world, jumping before I even knew where, or how, I’d land.
I took a risk, and thank God, 5 years later, here I am, still going strong. ✨
Being a small business owner is one of the hardest yet most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Some days are harder than others, leaving you wanting to give it all up and go clock in and clock out for someone else. Other days are easier, and you wonder how you could ever even THINK about working for someone else full time.
Looking back at this little suite, I’m just incredibly grateful for the girl who took that leap before she knew exactly where it would lead.
And I’m even more grateful that 5 years later, I still get to do what I love, serve my sweet clients, and welcome all the new ones yet to come. 🥹✨
