Please support the next step for our beautiful park!
Lucasville, it's time to build the next piece of our park.
Everything at Lucasville Community Park, the shelter house, the ampitheatre, the playground, all of it, was built by community support. Neighbors, local businesses, volunteers. That's how this park gets made.
Next up: a walking path. But it has to start with a wall.
The path corridor runs along a hillside that isn't yet stable enough to build on. A stone entrance wall will hold that slope back, and carry our park's name at the front. Once the ground is held, the path gets built.
So today we're launching the fundraiser to build it:
Goal: $35,000 — any amount helps
Every dollar goes to construction.
Give online at growinglucasville.com/parkfundraiser
Prefer cash or check? Find a GLO volunteer — checks payable to Growing Lucasville Opportunities. (We're a 501(c)(3), so donations are tax-deductible.)
First the entrance. Then the path. Let's build it together. 💚
