My husband Mike and I co-founded Mystic Willow as a space for intuitive, body-based, and spiritual healing.

Our approach is rooted in Creating the Conditions for Healing™ — because healing isn’t something we believe should be forced. It unfolds when the body feels safe, the nervous system is supported, the energy has space to clear, and the spirit feels heard.

Through The Energy Reset Method™, I offer personalized healing sessions that blend breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, Thai bodywork, and intuitive guidance to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection.
