If you're a woman seeking a circle where you can be witnessed, celebrated, and supported, join us for the Sacred Alchemy circle next Tuesday.

This month's circle is Ashes at the Altar, a ceremonial funeral for the beliefs and versions of ourselves that have reached completion.

Most of us carry beliefs we picked up years ago and versions of ourselves we kept playing long after they stopped fitting. They got us here, and every one of them reaches completion eventually.

With tenderness and fire, we'll lay them on the altar together.

What are you doing tomorrow at 11, and why is it Morning Vinyasa?

Start your morning off right with an energizing, mixed-level class: gentle to challenging poses with a focus on breath and alignment. Periods of stillness and silence give you room to tune into your body and quiet the mind, and modifications are offered so beginners and experienced yogis feel right at home.

If you feel stiff, sluggish, or are just ready to start your day with movement, save your seat: https://www.karenapril.com/service-page/morning-vinyasa

Fear is the cage we build around ourselves in moments it feels safer to stay small.
Love doesn't ask you to fight your way out; it just asks you to realize that the only person holding a key to that cage is you.

That's the beginning of healing.

What is Soul Flow? A meditative yoga class in three parts: light movement to warm up, balancing postures to challenge your strength and focus, and seated poses to prepare you for Savasana.

Postures range from gentle to challenging, and you choose how far to take each one. Over time, many people notice more strength, more flexibility, and steadier breath.

Join Julia every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. if you want to build strength and flexibility and give a busy mind one place to focus.

🧘 All levels are welcome. Link in bio to save your seat.

Next Tuesday, we gather for Community Meditation to add another layer of intention to your practice. That shared commitment makes it easier to show up, stay with it, and come back again and again.

Whether you want to try meditation for the first time, find support for your existing practice, or are looking for a community to call home, this is the space for you.

To keep this event accessible to everyone, community meditation is donation-based and can be joined via Zoom if you can't make it in person.

Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist form of abdominal massage. Karen uses slow, steady pressure to move blood through the belly and release the tension that settles around your organs, often tightness you don't notice until it lets go. Many people come to it for sluggish digestion, stiffness around surgery scars, and hip or back pain.

The abdomen sits at the center of how your body moves. It connects your ribs to your pelvis and supports your spine from the front, so when the muscles and tissue there stay tight, your hips, lower back, and even your breathing have to work around it.

Chi Nei Tsang works directly on that area with focused, hands-on attention that most massage skips. Many clients notice easier digestion, looser hips, and fuller breaths afterward.

Most of the movement we do trains muscle: running, lifting, vinyasa, and keeping up with the week. Yin gives the deeper layers a turn: fascia, joints, and connective tissue.

Poses are held for a few minutes, which gives those tissues time to respond. Many people notice looser hips, shoulders, and joints afterward. Staying with a sensation and breathing through it is a skill, and it comes home with you: in traffic, at your desk, and in a hard conversation.

This Thursday's Yin Yoga class is a great fit for you if you feel tight after workouts, sit most of the day, or feel wired by evening. You don't have to be flexible to start; you just have to be there.

There's a version of strength most of us were taught early: keep moving, keep smiling, keep it together no matter what's underneath. It works for a while. Then one day you notice how tired you are of holding the shape.

The softest parts of you aren't the parts that need fixing.
They're the parts that survived despite the struggle.

Let this be your permission to rest before you're depleted, to ask before you're desperate, and to be held instead of holding it all yourself. 🤍

The pendulums are saying yes to a slow Sunday afternoon. (We asked twice.)
If your week has been all tension and no exhale, consider this your permission slip to take it easy today.

New here? Join us at Anahata this week for yoga, reiki, or a holistic facial.

Thai massage doesn't look like a typical massage, and that's kind of the point.

Rather than lying still while your therapist works, you're moved through gentle stretches, rhythmic compressions, and mindful movement, using their hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet.

Thai massage gets called "lazy yoga," but there's nothing lazy about it. You're an active participant the whole time: your body is being guided, not passively worked on.

It's especially good for stiffness and restricted movement or anyone who wants a more active, therapeutic session.

Many people leave feeling both relaxed and energized, like something in the body got to reorganize itself.

Curious if it's the right fit for you?
