Hi, I’m Dr. Jami Cooper, PT, DPT 👋
Part pelvic floor whisperer, part small business hurricane, part “drink some water and fix your posture” reminder you didn’t ask for 😅
I’m the owner of Aspire Physical Therapy and Wellness here in Lufkin—and I didn’t just open a clinic, I started it because I was over it.
Over:
👉 Women being told “that’s just normal”
👉 Rushed appointments where no one actually listens
👉 Symptoms being ignored for YEARS
Because spoiler: a lot of what you’ve been told is “normal”… isn’t.
So now?
I spend my days:
✔️ Helping women stop leaking, hurting, and just “dealing with it”
✔️ Breaking things down so you actually understand your body
✔️ Listening—like really listening (I know, groundbreaking)
✔️ Gently calling you out when needed… with love 😉
And behind the scenes?
☕ Running on iced coffee and a mission
🧠 Thinking about your case long after you leave
🎨 Reworking things because “it could feel more calming”
💬 Having a lot of “wait… no one has ever told you that?!” moments
This clinic exists because this kind of care was missing—and our community deserves better.
So if you’ve been told:
“It’s just part of being a woman”
“It’ll go away”
“Just live with it”
…no ma’am.
We’re not doing that here.
You deserve answers.
You deserve to feel heard.
And you deserve care that actually makes sense.
And yes—I will probably remind you to breathe and unclench your jaw while we’re at it 😌
