🍂 Fall is almost here… and we are gearing up for our busiest season! But first we’re gonna crawl through August 🍉

📚As everyone settles back into school routines, we’re expecting a HUGE increase in Pilates participants, and spots are expected to go FAST!

⭐ VIP Registration opens TOMORROW (7/9) at 5:00 AM! VIP members will receive first access to the registration link.

🖤 General Registration opens Tuesday, July 14 at 5:00 AM for everyone else wanting to secure a spot.

If you’ve been thinking about joining Pilates or have a favorite class time, don’t wait. Set those alarms and be ready when registration opens! 💪

It’s about honoring the men and women who sacrificed so we can wake up with the freedom to choose how we live, love, work, worship, and pursue a healthier, happier life.

Whether you’re firing up the grill, spending time with family, or simply enjoying a day off, remember that these freedoms came at a price paid by generations before us and continue to be protected by those who serve today.

No matter where you stand politically, we can all stand together in appreciation for the red, white, and blue. 🇺🇸

Take a moment today to say “thank you,” hug your loved ones a little tighter, and never take your freedom (or your health) for granted.
