🇺🇸 No workouts today in honor of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸
Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who sacrificed everything; including their physical bodies, strength, and lives… for the freedoms we get to live every single day. I know that strength isn’t just physical… it’s sacrifice, discipline, resilience, and heart. ❤️
I am forever grateful to those who served and those who never made it home.
Also, please note I will be out of the office for a couple hours Thursday attending a funeral, so responses may be delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
