NC Medicaid has posted the draft Clinical Coverage Policy No. 8F: Research‑Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB‑BHT) for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The draft policy was released on May 15, 2026, and the public comment period is open through June 14, 2026.
