Due to an unexpected water pipe issue, our office will be closed for in-person visits on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
All scheduled appointments have been converted to telehealth visits. We have been assured the issue will be resolved by the end of business on Tuesday, and we plan to resume normal in-person operations on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
Our office phones will remain open during regular hours.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you in person on Wednesday!

Telehealth Week Update 😊

From April 20–24, all visits will be done through telehealth while our provider is working remotely.

Our office staff will still be in the office to help you with:
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering questions
• Getting you set up for your telehealth visit
