The best way to prevent the flu is getting the annual flu vaccine, combined with good hygiene like frequent handwashing, avoiding sick people, covering coughs/sneezes, not touching your face, and cleaning surfaces; these habits reduce germ spread and protect vulnerable groups.

Just a friendly reminder....

RcMed will be closed the entire week of Christmas along with the other departments of the county. Get your med requests in by Thursday. Friday, we will return what isn't picked up. Also, if something is needed Friday, we will fill it ONLY with the patient present.
