Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, we are grateful for the sacrifices made by so many and we hold close the families who carry that loss every day.

A quick update from our Intentions family ✨

Intentions Health & Wellness will be closed tomorrow, May 21st, and again on May 27th. Over the next couple of weeks, we will also have some limited hours as some of our staff take time away for personal reasons.

As always, we appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding as we navigate life both inside and outside of the clinic. One thing we’ve always valued at Intentions is creating space for our team to care for themselves and their families too. 🤍

Ella is graduating high school today, and we couldn’t be more proud of the incredible young woman she has become. She has been with us since she was just 14 years old, and over the years we have truly had the privilege of watching her grow up right before our eyes.

The shy girl who once hated making phone calls has transformed into someone so confident, capable, kind, and strong. Watching her come out of her shell, thrive, and grow into such an amazing human has been one of the sweetest parts of this journey.

Ella, thank you for growing with us, laughing with us, and being part of the heart behind Intentions. We are beyond proud of you and so excited to watch where life takes you next. No matter where you go, you’ll always be part of the Intentions family. 🤍
